Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by us, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We may request photo evidence or other proof to verify the condition of the item before approving the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

For verified defective or damaged products, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. We may request photo evidence of the issue to help us assess and resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, and any personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
